Regents University is a private University located in Regents Park London. Following an on going modernisation programme, the client required consultancy, project management and cost control services to upgrade their main central production kitchen (CPU) and refectory dining areas.

​Wyse 2 was appointed to advise and manage the project which was undertaken whist the University was open and during their busy Summer Events season.
Presentation to Stakeholders with architects visuals, and capital costs for client approval
Co-ordination and management of temporary field kitchens
New electrical supply installed to facilitate upgraded kitchen equipment
Project tendered with JCT Intermediate Building Contract with contractors design 2016
Full project management & quantity surveying services for the client delivering the project on time and within budget
12 week build programme
